We recently had the privilege of interviewing Dorothée Baude, Founder and CEO of FAITHFUL EXECUTIVE. With an ambition of creating value, Dorothée laid out a path that redefined the standards of interim management through her core values of ethics, dignity, and authenticity.

We wanted to learn about Dorothée Baude’s decision to venture into this field. So, we further asked, “What was the driving force behind your decision to join this sector?”
Dorothée shared, “After several years in large industrial groups, including a year in Ireland, I felt the urge to venture into a relatively unknown domain in France. In 2012, I founded one of the first firms specializing in Interim Management.
Guided by my core values, ethics, dignity, and authenticity, I tirelessly worked to establish this company as a unique model of operational excellence. Within a few years, I propelled it to the pinnacle of success while riding the digital wave. Disruptive, youthful, and dynamic, the image of my company became my strength in a predominantly senior and male-dominated market.
She added,” Although my time in France was invaluable, I decided last year to sell my firm after 12 years of success. Entrepreneurial adventures are marked by challenges, triumphs, learning, and, of course, transitions, such as the pivotal step I am taking today in my career. Moving to the United Arab Emirates was a natural choice for me to explore new horizons.
With 90% expatriates, particularly in Dubai, it’s an Eldorado that manages to attract a cosmopolitan population through exceptional comfort, security, and regulation. I admire the efforts of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to make Dubai an indispensable hub for international business.”

While short-term action is essential for immediate results and ensuring our operational excellence, it must always be aligned with a global vision. To achieve this balance, I prioritize strategic planning sessions by fostering open collaboration at all levels of the organization; the only way to ensure that every decision contributes to the growth and success of the company over time.

We will continue to harness emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and data analysis to optimize the efficiency of our services.
