Use UAE Pass Now for Property Documents in Sharjah

Use UAE Pass Now for Property Documents in Sharjah.

The first government department in the Emirates to offer this service is the Real Estate Registration Department in Sharjah, which has connected ownership and usufruct deeds to the UAE Pass.

According to a statement released on Sunday, users of the Department’s mobile app, UAE, can download ownership and private benefit deeds (ownership deed, joint ownership deed, usufruct deed, or joint usufruct deed).

The UAE Pass serves as the first national digital identity for all citizens and residents of the United Arab Emirates. It enables users to securely and conveniently access local and federal government services without physically visiting government service centers.

Since it became possible for non-Arab nationalities to own real estate in the emirate, Sharjah’s real estate market has experienced unheard-of demand and expansion. As a result, there was a huge influx of capital from investors in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

The Department is eager to give clients a simple and seamless experience when utilizing our services. “We want their transactions to be completed effectively, swiftly, and efficiently,” Sharjah Real Director-General Abdul Aziz Ahmed Al-Shamsi stated.
