37 Private Healthcare Organizations Sign Employment Contracts with Emirati Students.

The UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) stated that 37 private healthcare organizations have signed employment contracts with 95 Emirati students under the Studying Citizen Employment Contract. The Ministry has developed the Studying Citizen Employment Contract in collaboration with the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis).

The contract is signed between the employer and Emirati students enrolled in one of Nafis’ supported and approved programs (in this example, the Healthcare Program).

Healthcare organizations that have signed Studying Citizen Employment Contracts with Emirati students are expected to change them once they graduate into Full-Time Employment of UAE Nationals Contracts, using MoHRE-approved forms. The amendment will include adjusting their salaries following the company’s internal regulations, provided that the contract period after modification is not shorter than the time the student spent studying during their Studying Citizen Employment Contract, as companies are required to enroll them in professions within their field of specialization.
